Vlasta Jeseničnik reporting from Cleveland

Vlasta Jeseničnik is well known by Slovenians across the world. Whether on a political assignment or working on a cultural documentary Vlasta brings a human touch to her journalism. Currently Vlasta is a Washington DC correspondent for RTV www.rtvslo.si and can be found at many important political events throughout the United States. Prior assignments have taken her to Russia, Chechnya and Afghanistan. Although not a war correspondent, she has witnessed many tragedies that are created by human conflict.
